RGA WIN THE ESSEX OPEN!

Firstly, well done to Roger Gracie Academy for winning the Mestre Gomes Cup, and also the £100 for best coach (Roger Gracie). We hope that you defend it next year, as the cup will up for grabs again with an increased prize of £250 on offer for the best coach of the tournament.

Despite being the first time this competition has ran, it saw great turnouts including: BTT, Carlson Gracie, Roger Gracie Academy, Gracie Barra Swansea, Gracie Barra Essex, Gracie Barra Hastings, Gracie Barra Newcastle and other various BJJ schools from around the country. It was a great success thanks to all that turned up and I hope to see you next year when the competition will be bigger and better!
